I have also faced this type of issue. TVS Service engineer solved the problem. They changed the fuel meter connector which is situated very near to fuel tank.

The fuel indicator is graphical... For indication purpose only(not accurate). It has 1ltr reserve, When it shows low fuel. Max tank capacity is 5ltrs

Really incredible scooter

The instruement cluster of TVS NTorq 125 is very easy to read and is a comfortable scooter and the mileage is around 42 to 45 kmpl. The touch and feel is very good with the good build quality with good fit and finish and on the highway it performs very well and is a great performer on the high speed. The design of this scooter is very sharp and attractive and comes with the great tech and comes with the bright colours and is a great scooter.
