The Okinawa Lite is a low-speed e-scooter that’s pegged at an affordable price point. It also comes with a funky design, making it ideal for youngsters. Moreover, the e-scooter does not require a license to ride.

Price: The Okinawa Lite is offered at a price of Rs 66,993 (ex-showroom, including FAME-2 subsidies) and comes in six colours.
Design: Talking of design, The Okinawa Lite comes with colour-coded mirrors. The e-scooter has a flat floorboard and it comes with a flat single-piece seat. It gets silver bar-end weights, along with silver pillion footrests and grab handle, giving it a premium appeal. The apron mounted projector LED headlight looks modern while being functional too.
Features: The Okinawa Lite comes with a detachable battery, facilitating portability and also ease of charging. The battery can fully be juiced up through a household switchboard, using the company-provided Micro-Charger, which even has an auto-cut feature, to add to safety. It comes with a digital console, which displays the general trove of information like speed, odometer/trip-meter readings and battery level. The Okinawa Lite also comes with a USB charging port, and all-LED lighting.
Engine: Okinawa Lite is put to work by a hub-type electric motor, which makes a peak power of 250W. The motor is powered by a 1.25kWh lithium-ion battery, which takes 4-5 hours to fully charge and gives the e-scooter a claimed range of 60km. Suspension duty is handled by a telescopic fork up front, along with twin shock absorbers at the rear. Braking is done via a front disc and a rear drum unit, with E-ABS (electronic-assisted braking system) coming as standard. The e-scooter rolls on 10 inch alloy wheels, which come wrapped in tubeless tyres. The e-scooter has a 60km per charge range. It has a loading capacity of 150kg and the seat height stands at 740mm.
