I bought ampere magnus ex in may 2023.Starting first two months it has no issues.But on third month bike was stopped running while riding in middle of road.All display has light, Mcb is ok but bike couldn't start.And big problem is no prompt service & road side assistance.No trained technicians available in service centre.This troubles me lot.On fifth month horn button has gone.Now also while riding sudden stop in middle of road that makes me trouble as i am working woman.I have to travel distance daily about 20 to 30 kms.So this makes me quite disappointed with this ev bike.No supportive or quick services.

I have purchase magnus ex before 1 year i can't suggest any one to buy this worst product, Poor material is used in vehical.Switches, Charging, Light issues are normally is thi e-vehicle, Every month i have to go to company for repairing, And now there is no trained machenics in the service center.Very very disappointed by this product.

I purchased the vehicle on january 2022 after 2-3 months the vehicle started giving trouble.It stopped in the middle of the road suddenly and luckly i could manage to put the vehicle on side.The vehicle doesnt get on everything will be blank and you have to reset the mcb.I sent the video of the same to the dealer he said he couldn't find what the problem is.Then the second problem started mcb trips off without any reason when its parked at night or day no reason of overheating too suddenly without any reason you have to restart and move.When i complained to the dealer the dealer said to replace the mcb for which i paid and got it rectified but till time the problem is not rectified for what reason its happening they are not able to find out nor give solutions.I suggest don't take any risk of buying this magnus vehicle.
