The Bajaj Pulsar range has retained the throne of bestseller yet again
In the price bracket of Rs 1-2 lakh (ex-showroom) in India, you will get motorcycles that range from commuters, performance-oriented machines, to cruisers. This wide variety makes this segment a rather attractive one and here are five bikes from within the price range that got sold the most in July 2022.

Retaining its bestseller title in Rs 1-2 lakh segment is the Bajaj Pulsar range crossing the 50,000 mark. Adding to that, the Pulsar has also witnessed a healthy 14.88 per cent growth in sales as compared to the June 2022 period.
The top-of-the-line variant of the Pulsar 125 retails at Rs 90,003 whereas the Pulsar NS125 costs 1,04,371 (ex-showroom Delhi), but the SIAM report only gives combined figures for both the 125cc models.

Climbing up the ladder and reclaiming second place on the list from the fourth place last month is the TVS Apache range. The sporty bike lineup from TVS has witnessed a healthy growth of 36 per cent, however, with an 11.6 per cent year-on-year (YoY) decline.
The most surprising entry to this list is the Honda Unicorn which has recorded an incredible 197 per cent growth in sales as opposed to June 2022. That said, the production of the bike was low in June and out of 1,537 bikes made that month, 1,880 units were exported.
Apart from that, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Yamaha FZ range have witnessed a slight degrowth with regard to the month-on-month sales figure, but they maintain their presence in the list.
