Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Bike Latest Updates
The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is one of the 5 best selling bikes (priced between Rs 2-3 lakh) in the month of January 2024. Check out the details here. The SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers) sales data for the month of January 2024 are out and here's how many Meteor 350s were sold. The Meteor 350, as well as the rest of the Royal Enfield bikes have been updated to comply with the latest BS6.2 emission norms. The bikes are also now E20-compatible, and you can check out the details here.
The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is the first bike from Chennai-based manufacturer to be based on their all-new J platform. The motorcycle is also the most affordable cruiser from the company replacing the Royal Enfield Thunderbird range. Recent spy pictures have emerged implying that Royal Enfield could be working on a more affordable variant of the Meteor 350 which could come with wire-spoke wheels and tube tyres.
Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Price The Meteor 350 is available in six distinct colour options, at varying price points. The standard Fireball (Red, Blue, Yellow & Green) variant costs Rs 2,04,408 with Fireball Black Custom variant priced at Rs 2,06,244. The mid-spec Stellar (Red, Black & Blue) variant costs Rs 2,10,580 while the top-spec Supernova (Blue, Red & Brown) variant comes at a price of Rs 2,25,533 (all ex-showroom Delhi).
Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Design Royal Enfield Meteor 350 remains fairly similar to its predecessor (Thunderbird 350X) in terms of styling. This cruiser bike is equipped with an easy-to-reach handlebar and forward-set footpegs which ensures a relaxed and comfortable riding posture. The round headlight assembly comes with a halogen bulb but features LED DRLs for a modern touch. The LED tail lamp and turn indicators are circular as well. The bike features a flowing design with its teardrop-shaped fuel tank cohesively merging with its low-slung split-seats. Rounding off its retro appeal are the round handlebar mirrors, which (along with exhaust pipe) get chrome finish on higher-end variants.
Features of Royal Enfield Meteor 350 The Meteor 350 features a semi-digital instrument cluster with Tripper Navigation (turn-by-turn assist) TFT pod as an optional accessory. On the main pod, the speed is shown by an analogue needle with a digital display showing tripmeter, odometer, gear position, fuel level, service indicator, Eco prompt and a clock. There’s also a USB port on the left switchgear for charging on the go. There’s a dedicated hazard lamp switch on the right switchgear too. As far as safety is concerned, the motorcycle comes with dual-channel ABS as standard.
Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Engine Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is powered by a single-cylinder, 349cc, BS6.2-comppliant, fuel-injected engine which churns out 20.2PS and 27Nm. The mill works in conjunction with a five-speed gearbox. The engine is based on the J-series platform which is counterbalanced for optimum refinement. It rests inside a twin downtube spine frame which is suspended on a 41mm front-fork and six-step preload-adjustable twin tube emulsion shock absorbers at the rear. Braking is taken care of by a 300mm front disc with twin piston axial caliper and 270mm rear disc with single piston floating caliper. The bike gets dual-channel ABS as standard. It rolls on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels with 100-section and 140-section tubeless tyres respectively. The bike weighs 191kg (kerb) and gets a 15 litre fuel tank. It has an accessible 765mm seat height and a generous 170mm ground clearance.
Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Rivals
The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 goes up against the likes of the Yezdi Roadster, Jawa Perak, and even the more-modern cruisers such as the Bajaj Dominar 400 and the Keeway V302C.
Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Variants
The three variants of Meteor 350 (Fireball, Stellar & Supernova) come with some noticeable visual differences. The side panels get a gloss-black finish in the Fireball series with stickered Royal Enfield tank badging. The higher-end variants get colour-coded side-panels with a 3D badging on the tank and also feature chrome exhaust pipe, chrome mirrors and cushioned pillion backrest. The top-end Supernova gets a dual-tone paint scheme, machine-cut alloys and a windshield.

5.0Super fine
The driving experience is super fine. The bike does get hot when you drive it beyond a certain distance but overall the entire experience is super comfortable.Best things - it's enfield.Everything from the looks to the sound is a treat to witness.Poor things - the bike vibrates when riding and so the mirrors get loose by themselves. Also, The mirrors vibrate along with the bike so it's hard to see the vehicles coming from behind, In cases when you're driving at hard speeds.Having had the bike for approx an year, I can say that the bike has been great. No major issues witnessed.Although i do feel that royal enfield guys can have a brochure or something explaining the best ways of ensuring effective care of the bike.

A Reigning Charm - Royal Enfield Meteor 350
Embarking on a long ride with the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 merely amplifies my love for the open road. Its relaxed riding position promising power from the 350cc engine and flawless gear shifts enhance the overall ride quality making every journey memorable. From city streets to long highways the Meteor 350 navigates it all with grace and might. Overjoyed with its performance I am particularly impressed by its unprecedented technology Tripper Navigation providing clear turn by turn directions. Though it carries a traditional touch it lacks nowhere in terms of modern facilities.
-
A Ride Full of Delight- Meteor 350
Amidst unforeseen adventures and daily chores the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is like a loyal companion. From the moment of purchase this motorbike has delivered nothing but comfort and thrill. With its robust 349 cc engine it glides effortlessly into every journey and the weekend rides have become the highlight of my week. The suspension absorbs shocks superbly. The stability it exhibits even at high speeds, is commendable. Plus its notable mileage for a cruiser bike adds extra points to affordability. The cherry on the top is its classic design making heads turn everywhere I go.
