The Royal Enfield Classic 350 has been our pick among the J-platform siblings. Yes, it’s a bit heavier than the Royal Enfield Hunter 350, but its comfortable, tried-and-tested seating position means it’s the perfect companion on long rides.

And yet over the few months that he spent with the Classic 350, for not just commuting but also for a trip to Goa for Rider Mania 2022, the Classic 350 shone with its relaxed riding manner and easy-going power delivery. And then, on one fateful ride, it literally saved his life!
