Here’s How Many Motorcycles KTM Sold In April 2021

The sales figures have dipped further low

The two-wheeler industry had barely started recovering from the sales slump when the second wave of the pandemic led to lockdowns yet again. Just like many other brands, KTM too is registering poor numbers. Let’s take a look:

Models

Sales in April

125 Duke & RC 125

1,172

200 Duke & RC 200

1,410

250 Duke & 250 Adventure

1,089

390 Duke, RC 390 & 390 Adventure

851

Compared to the previous month, the Austrian brand registered even lower sales in April. The 200 twins, however, enjoyed the maximum sales. The smallest engine capacity bikes from KTM India’s portfolio have raked in the second highest collective sales figures.

Moreover, the Duke series recently witnessed a significant price hike which should have affected buying decisions and translated to low sales. As of now, KTM is working on the 2021 RC 390 which will soon be launched in India. We can’t wait to see if it succeeds in bringing enthusiasts to the yard.
