Royal Enfield Bikes Sales in July 2022

While this month was an eventful one for Royal Enfield in terms of launches, the veteran bikemaker saw quite a decrease in its monthly sales in the month of July. Here’s how many bikes the Chennai-based manufacturer sold in the last month:

Even though the Royal Enfield Classic 350 has been the best selling model this month too, it witnessed an 8.7 percent Month-on-Month (MoM) decrease in sales. The Meteor 350 followed the Classic 350 with a 6.45 percent decrease in sales. The sales of the Bullet 350, the most affordable Royal Enfield in India, came as a relief for the bikemaker, as it was the only bike on the list to register a monthly increase in sales.

These could be further accentuated with the impending launch of the upcoming 2023 RE Bullet 350, which was even spied testing last month.

The 411cc duo, the Himalayan and the Scram 411, saw the most significant reduction in sales (23.78 percent), while the 650 twins saw the lowest (2.18 percent) decline, as compared to June 2022.

While the previous month was a dry one for Royal Enfield in terms of sales, we expect the upcoming months to be better for the company, with the recently launched Hunter 350 being added to its portfolio. It is the most affordable among the J-Platform bikes. We recently rode it as well and here’s our review.
