The Hero Maestro 125 is the first Indian scooter to be powered by a fuel injection system. The Hero has been providing a great technological feature to save its vehicle fuel by smart technology which is known to be i3s. Fuel Injection is more advanced in terms of performance and better mileage. The i3s, on the other hand, has a feature to turn off the ignition of the scooter when the speed of the scooter gets zero when the brake is applied the engine gets to life again so that the fuel is saved. The FI variant of the Maestro Edge 125 misses out on the i3s technology.
