Reliable Workhorse with Room for Improvement

"The TVS XL100 has been a familiar sight on Indian roads known for its reliability. I got mine about a year ago primarily for short errands and occasional loads. With its 99.7cc engine delivering a modest 4.3 BHP it is no speedster but gets the job done. Its fuel efficiency is commendable often stretching beyond 60kmpl making it a cost effective choice for daily use. The ride quality can be underwhelming with the suspension feeling a bit too stiff making bumps and potholes more pronounced. Its 4 speed gearbox is smooth but feels limited in providing that extra punch when needed."

Kinetic e-Luna: A Nostalgic Ride with a Modern Twi

The Kinetic e-Luna caught my eye for nostalgic reasons but retained my interest for its practicality. It is an electric avatar of the once popular Luna and my experience with it has been mostly positive. Its electric motor, suitable for short daily commutes offers a modest top speed and a range that aligns well with city life. Given its lightweight and easy handling the e-Luna has been a breeze to ride in congested traffic. The e-Luna struggles with power when it comes to uphill roads or carrying a heavy load.
