The Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 has been launched at Rs 2,99,999 (introductory, ex-showroom Bengaluru) for the first 1,000 customers

The Mach 2 is more powerful than the first-gen F77, has more range & gets a host of features

Available in two variants: F77 Mach 2 standard & F77 Mach 2 Recon

Gets a permanent magnet AC motor – Mach 2 STD makes 27kW & 90Nm – Recon makes 30kW & 100Nm

Both variants get a top speed of 155kmph, which is 15kmph more than the F77 & 8kmph more than the F77 Recon

0 to 60kmph: standard variant does it in 2.9 seconds – Recon does it in 2.8 seconds

0 to 100kmph: Achieved in 7.8 seconds by the standard variant and 7.7 seconds by the Recon

Range: 211km for the standard (5km more than F77) & 323km for the Recon (16km more than F77 Recon)

Three ride modes: Glide, Combat, Ballistic – Recon has 3 levels of traction control, which is optional in the standard

Standard gets 3 levels of dynamic regen with 10-level setup as optional – Recon has 10-level dynamic regen by default

In-built features include charge limit, park assist, find my F77 & Deep sleep/vacation mode

High-tech features like Violette AI, geofencing/delta watch, lockdown, crash alerts & ride analytics are optional

Ultraviolette plans to bring more features in the future, including hill hold/assist, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and navigation

It is an upgraded version of the previous-gen F77, the Mach 2 is more powerful, has more range and comes with a host of features
