Yamaha Has Hiked Prices For The YZF R15 V3

Thankfully, the increment isn’t big enough to be a deal-breaker
Yamaha has hiked the prices of its entry-level supersport bike in India, the YZF R15 V3. Here’s a list of the revised prices for all three colours:

Even with the price hike, the YZF R15 costs Rs 11,966 less than its nearest rival, the KTM RC 125. Not to forget, the YZF R15 V3 uses a larger engine, has a slipper clutch and makes more power than its Austrian rival. Moreover, Yamaha also offers a bunch of accessories for the R15, including frame sliders, LED turn indicators, mobile charging port, tank pad, skid plate and even a seat cover.

No changes have been made to the hardware or the cosmetics of the 2021 R15 V3. It continues to be powered by a 155cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled motor that makes 18.6PS and 14.1Nm. Braking and suspension setup remains unaltered. Dual-channel ABS comes standard.
