The KTM 250 Adventure Is Now More Affordable Than Ever

KTM has slashed the price of the 250 Adventure, pricing it at on part with the 250 Duke

(UPDATE: The KTM 250 Adventure has been priced at Rs 2.30 lakh from 14 July till 31 August)

Earlier this month KTM India raised prices across its entire range, of which the 250 Adventure received the least hike. Now, the Austrian manufacturer has backtracked on that decision and slashed the price of its smallest ADV by almost Rs 25,000 for a limited period.

At the moment, there’s no official word from the company on the new price of the KTM 250 Adventure. However, a few dealers have quoted that the ex-showroom price of the bike has dropped down to Rs 2.29 lakh, making the ADV almost the same price as the KTM 250 Duke!

So, why would KTM slash the price of the ADV while increasing the price of the naked by over Rs 7,000? It is likely to have taken this call to boost the sales of the 250 Adventure. In fact, now the ADV costs almost Rs 18,000 less than its introductory price of Rs 2.48 lakh. With this new pricing, the 250 Adventure is likely to lure more customers with its comfortable ergonomics and the updated LCD instrument console.

The KTM 250 Adventure’s distant cousin, the Bajaj Dominar 250, too received a massive price drop of Rs 17,000 this month. Given the huge dip in pricing for both the bikes, the sales figures for this month for these bikes will surely be worth waiting for.
