The upcoming bike will be a direct rival to the new Yezdi Scrambler

The upcoming Royal Enfield Scram 411 has been spotted one too many times. And now it seems the Chennai-based company is FINALLY planning to launch it.

According to our sources, Royal Enfield could launch the bike in February. And with the recent launch of the Yezdi Scrambler, it only makes sense for RE to hurry things up.

As you may already know, the Royal Enfield Scram will be a road-focused variant of RE’s popular off-roader, the Himalayan. This is backed by the recent sightings which show a Himalayan-lookalike motorcycle.

However, the Scram 411 will get a smaller front wheel, new graphics, and some tweaks here and there to make it more easy-going on the road.

Apart from this, the suspension, brakes, and most importantly, the 411cc engine are all expected to remain as is.

The Royal Enfield Scram is expected to retail at around Rs 1.95 lakh (ex-showroom), making it a few thousand less than the Himalayan. At this price, it would also undercut the Yezdi Scrambler and the Husqvarna Svartpilen 250.
