BREAKING: Rajiv Bajaj Spills The Beans On Triumph-Bajaj Twins’ Debut

The Bajaj boss also confirmed multiple motorcycles would be spawned

In an interview, Rajiv Bajaj, CEO, Bajaj Auto, confirmed that the highly anticipated Triumph-Bajaj bikes will make their first official public appearance on June 27, 2023. The Bajaj boss even confirmed that the Triumph-Bajaj Scrambler and the Roadster will debut together.

The Triumph-Bajaj roadster and the scrambler have been spotted multiple times in India and abroad in production-ready guise. So, it was not a surprise that these bikes are making their debut this year. And given that Triumph is a British brand, the bikes will be unveiled in London.

Rajiv Bajaj mentioned that the bikes will be in the market in the second quarter of the financial year, which would be around the time of the launch. However, it is not clear whether the bikes will make their India debut around the same time. We expect the small-capacity Triumph bikes to grace Indian shores this year, and cash in on the festive season.

Now with Bajaj taking over Triumph’s India operations, the former is aiming to scale it to a massive 120 cities from the current 15. Bajaj will likely price the small Triumphs very competitively, with the bikes likely retailing at Rs 2.25 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards.
