The test mule looks production-ready

The Triumph-Bajaj Roadster and Scrambler are one of the hotly anticipated motorcycles of next year, and we have spotted the latter doing test runs around Pune. This test mule was loaded with accessories, one of which could be wire-spoked rims.

Yes, along with the saddle bag, top box and a braced handlebar with knuckle guards, the bike was seen sporting spoked rims for the first time. The previous spy shots showed the bike with alloy wheels, hinting that the spoked rims could be a part of the accessories catalogue or could be offered in a different variant.

This test mule of the Triumph-Bajaj Scrambler appeared very close to the production avatar. The double barrel exhaust had a throaty note, and went along with the Scrambler vibe.  While it is too early to speculate on the engine capacity, this is likely to be powered by a 350cc-400cc engine with liquid-cooling.

The Triumph-Bajaj Scrambler is expected to debut by February 2023 and could be priced around Rs 2.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The Husqvarna Svartpilen 250, Royal Enfield Scram 411 and Yezdi Scrambler will be the closest rival to the upcoming bike.
