It’s been a long wait and we know you’ve been waiting patiently for this one. Go on, take a good look at the KTM 390 Adventure, you’ve earned it

[UPDATEKTM Has Launched The 390 Adventure In India!]

KTM India, thank you. Thank you for finally answering the prayers of us enthusiasts and showing us the new 390 ADV in its real, production avatar! Now, you might have heard or read of each and every detail regarding the new 390 Adventure, so we won’t bore you with the specifics, and instead just show you the much-awaited ADV in all its glory. Happy scrolling!

Looks absolutely stunning, doesn’t she? Just like the 390 Duke, the 390 ADV will be available in two paint schemes: white and orange.

The pincer-type LED headlight unit is the same as seen on the 390 Duke and the 790 Duke. This one gets a windscreen as well, which looks quite premium.

How can we miss the crisp colour TFT display? You can also control traction control from this screen. Yep, the 390 ADV gets TRACTION CONTROL!

Being an adventure tourer, KTM has fitted it with a bigger 19-inch wheel at the front. The rear remains the same at 17 inches. These alloy wheels are shod with dual-purpose tyres from Continental. Sadly, KTM isn’t offering spoke wheels for the 390 Adventure… even as an option!

If you have a short frame, it might be a bit difficult for you to plant your feet on the ground. The seat height is pegged at 855mm!

At 14.5 litres, the fuel tank capacity is up by just 1.1 litres.

The 373cc single-cylinder motor is the same as we have seen on the 390 Duke. KTM hasn’t tweaked the engine and the power still stands at 44PS and 37Nm. However, the big news here is that this motor is Euro 5/BS6-compliant!

Braking hardware includes a 320mm disc up front with radial caliper and a 230mm disc at the rear.

To make sure that it can go through the rough stuff, KTM has equipped the new 390 ADV with fully adjustable suspension at both ends. The front suspension gets 170mm of travel while the rear comes with 177mm.

And oh, here’s the last interesting tidbit about the new 390 Adventure: the 390 ADV could launch in India next month!
