Must Read Questions & Answers Before Buying Scrambler

Q. How much is the service cost - Scrambler?
Shrinivas | 2 days ago

My service costs average around 7k. Any replacement parts like brake pads etc are additional.

Zigwheels | 8 months ago

For the service cost, we suggest you to cantact you nearest Ducati dealership. Please click the given link and select your respected city as well. https://www.zigwheels.com/bikes/dealers/Ducati

Q. Hi, i had Bonneville T100 ,but i had to sell it because of brake pedal issue, the reason is i have ankle pain so i used to get bad ankle pain after riding the bike, so i need a bike with forward brake pedal kindly guide me i have Ducati scrambler on my mind. Please suggest.
Shrinivas | 2 days ago

The scrambler foot rests are also under the rider, not forward controls like the ducati xdiavel. In any case, you probably should be using the front wheel brakes much more and the foot brake only at parking speeds.

Zigwheels | 1 year ago

The foot pegs on the Scrambler are further rear set in comparison to the T100, which has a more neutral ergonomic setup. So if you are looking for a forward set footrest, we would suggest you opt for a cruiser like the Kawasaki Vulcan 650.

Q. Does Ducati Scrambler have cornering ABS & can it take regular fuel or only 95 octane?
Zigwheels | 3 days ago

Ducati Scrambler range comes with cornering ABS as standard and in order to know the correct fuel option we\'d suggest you walk into the nearest authorized service centre as they will be the better person to assist you. You can click on the following link to see the details of the nearest dealership and selecting your city accordingly - Bike Showrooms

Ducati Scrambler comes with an 803cc, L-twin, air-cooled engine that belts out 73.4PS of maximum power and a peak torque of 67Nm mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. Check out the for more details.

Q. Ducati scrambler or Benelli leoncino 500, which would be a better value for money in terms of owenrship, maintenance, performance, and long term use?
Zigwheels | 2 months ago

It would be too early to give any verdict as Benelli Leoncino is recently launched so, the first ride review is not available. So, we'd suggest you wait for the first ride review so we can give the fruitful comparison.

Q. Is it possible to add a rear seat to the Scrambler?
Sarah | 4 months ago

The scrambler already has a two seater all in one seat. I'm not sure what you mean sorry. Sarah

2016 Red Icon. Just a lot of fun to ride! Light, super nimble. Very torquey but I like that. Clutch went just under 10000k, replacement cost = $1300.0 2016 Red Icon. Just a lot of fun to ride! Light, super nimble. Very torquey but I like that. Clutch went just under 10000k, replacement cost = $1300.00. Ouch! But can’t keep the front wheel on the ground now after it’s replacement. At 6’3”, 220 lbs, bikes too small for me, wish I waited for 2019 1200 would’ve fit much better. But again, don’t care. I love the damn bike! Take it light off-roading and handles real good. Topped out at about 120 on highway. The perfect around towner. Think these are big out West US (Cali), but not so much here in NYC area, so people constantly admire. Between maintenance costs, and parts/accessories though, it’ll probably (maybe) push me away from buying Ducati again (but who really knows😝) If someone asked me, I’d def recommend if they don’t mind paying the Xtra smackers at the shop. ...Read More
