This variant gets a few feature additions over the XZ and is offered with manual and automatic transmissions as well as the Dark Edition. As a result, it adds six new variants to the lineup.

This new trim is based on the earlier second-from-top XZ and gets the following additional features:

Auto dimming IRVM
-
17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels
Rest of the features are same as the XZ, including an 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, a semi-digital driver’s display, cruise control, drive and off-road modes, a JBL sound system with subwoofer, and auto headlamps and wipers.
Niceties like ventilated front seats and connected car tech are limited to the top-spec XZ+.
No changes have been made underneath the skin. The Harrier still gets a 170PS 2-litre diesel engine, paired with a 6-speed manual and automatic transmission.
The Tata Harrier locks horns with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, VW Taigun, and MG Astor. It also fends off competition from models like MG Hector and Mahindra XUV700 5-seater.
