Suzuki Hayabusa Will Now Come Draped In MotoGP Colours

The liveries are a tribute to the Suzuki GSX-RR MotoGP bike

Suzuki is all set to launch the Hayabusa GP edition with liveries inspired by the Suzuki GSX-RR MotoGP bike. The fancy livery-wrapped bikes will be showcased at Autolook Week Torino festival at Turin taking place between 7 to 11 September.

Suzuki recently announced that it is exiting the MotoGP world championship to relocate its funds towards sustainability. Following that, the Japanese bikemaker saw fit to launch two distinct GP liveries, which are likely to be a limited run, for the Hayabusa.

The litre-class bike will don the MotoGP GSX-RR-inspired colours: One which is a combination of silver red and blue and another with yellow silver and blue colours. A picture of both the liveries has been teased and to be honest, they don’t go all that well with the bike’s fluidic yet aggressive design language, but that can also be because of a poor illustration. How it looks on the bike, in reality, is something that we shall find out in a week's time.

That said, currently, it is unclear whether these liveries on the Hayabusa will make it to production or will be a one-off just commemorating the bikemaker’s MotoGP endeavours.

In a related development, you can book the Suzuki Hayabusa this Dusshera and get the delivery of the bike in just 20 days.
