Rear legroom might be a bit tight for taller folks on longer journeys, but good for short trips. The Tiago's design is stylish and modern, and it comes in a variety of colors.

The Tata Tiago has been a pleasant surprise. This compact hatchback with its 1.2L Revotron engine pushing out 86 PS is quite peppy for city rides. The build quality considering its price point is commendably solid and features like the infotainment system boost its value proposition further. However it is not all perfect. The rear space can feel cramped for adults on long journeys and the noise insulation could have been better to filter out road noise. Fuel efficiency is good but not the best with an average of around 19-20 kmpl.
