Best Bike Ever

I booked it online and brought it home on 4th February 22, have ridden it around in the city and have made trips out of town on it, It's a bike that you will love to ride around, It's compact, got juice on the throttle, handles well, has good balance, performs well, and is comfortable on long rides I have done 500 to 650 km runs in a day, without too much stress I would say its pros, and cons- the braking of the rear wheel leaves a lot to be desired and had to change and put Japanese ceramic brake pads to compensate, plus you have to clean the rear brake assembly every 500 km or so otherwise, a squeaky noise starts every time you use the brakes, I don't know whether this happens on other bikes. I think the bike is overweight by a good 15 to 20 kilos, which cuts its performance I personally like the stock exhaust. On long rides you appreciate them they don't give you a headache. The pickup could be better it would vastly improve if it shed a little weight, fuel consumption overall in the city gets from 19 km to 23 km depending on how traffic & speed, on highways it can give you up to 25 km if you keep her under 100, around 120 to 140 it gives you around 21kms and build quality is excellent in most areas though you will find rust seeping in around the pipes in the rainy season, & the engine cover is in aluminium which can get oxidized if your not careful, which then needs to be buffed & polished. The best part of this bike that I absolutely love is there is no vibration, the anti-vibration measures that the UK designers incorporated in the d engine are brilliant ( trust me I have been riding a re-export for 20-plus years, and you will love the long rides) feature wise it's a pretty basic no-fuss bike, but it's got d essentials like abs which works really well, a digital console with two trip meters, fuel indicator which a lot of people say gets glitchy thankfully mine is working fine.

I have been riding RE bikes

I have been riding re bikes for last 20 years.Recently ie in jan 2022, Bought interceptor 650.I was so excited while buying this. But after 9 months i realise how wrong i was.Ha some software prob from day 2, Took almost 10 days to get this corrected. After using for 3-4 months bike started stoping now n then for no reason, And it starts by itsels after 30 mins. When talked to service center they confirmed that its an issue with fuel pump they already have 5-6 bikes with them with the same complaint. But they are waiting for part to come from factory.I tried in couple of other service centers in city, Everybody gave the same answer, Will take min 20-25 days for the part to come once they book. Finally after 1, 5 months today my bike is with me with replaced fuel pump.Go for this bike if you want to wait for months n months for any small issue. Its really frustrating in todays world to wait for 1-2 months for one part to get replaced.Didn't expect such a pathetic logistics from royal enfield.I shud also say their roadside assistance is good.

Manually check

4.2

Braking. Driving position is good. Standard seat is hard for long drives.Pillion seating is not comfortable because of elevated foot pegs. Heating is little bit in high city driving conditions. Suspension is bouncy making thud noise in little bad & Very bad roads . Suspension is Very Good in highways. Interceptor is definitely not a zero vibration bike. It is creating vibration in foot peg areas , Side of the fuel tank & Minor development started in handle bar area. Fuel gauge is improper/inaccurate it shows error reading we have to manually check by opening the tank. Engine RPM some times improper in idling glides up & Down.Heating in engine is tolerable it bakes our leg. in highways also. Latest happenings in my INT 650 i had problem in T-Stem i took it to the service center they replaced with , New T-Stem , Front Struts , Front Rim , Abnormal Engine noise was prevailing in my INT 650 All 8 Engine values changed on warranty . Still excessive engine noise is in my bike & bonus whistle sound intolerable. I have again informed the RE service. They assured to sort it out. The INT 650 is still a beta product . We should go to mediation course to control our patience. But riding pleasure is good. Today On 25.09.2019 my bike crossed 7000 km. The engine noise is abnormal still waiting for RE to sort our. My rear ABS is not functioning properly 60 % ineffective. Serviced the rear brake twice . Still problem. The surprise is RE is hesitating a lot change parts in warranty. It drags the issue for weeks .Pushes the customer frequent visits to workshop. RE has to sort out , Value noise & Clattering noise in INT 650. The front suspension & T-Steam is not strong enough .I have crossed 10,000 km now the engine noise is under control , in 10,000 km service . Rear brake is adjusted & Pads changed still ok only. RE is ready to change the caliper assembly if defective. Now a days RE is providing a very good service support. Now my bike has crossed 15500 km. I have now purchased extended warranty for 5th & 6th.
