Confused about the differences in the roadster’s three variants? We’ll make it simpler for you
Royal Enfield has launched its newest retro-style roadster, the Hunter 350 in our market at Rs 1,49,900 (ex-showroom Chennai) onwards. If you are smitten by this new bike and intend to buy one, here’s a low-down on its three variants:
Retro
Price: Rs 1,49,900
This is the base variant of Royal Enfield’s new retro-style roadster. The Retro variant of the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is exclusive to the Indian market and comes with a slew of unique bits. For starters, this variant gets wire-spoked rims with tubed tyres, a different seat, tubular pillion passenger grab rail, drum brake at the rear and single-channel ABS when compared to the variant next up the ladder. All these changes make it 3kg lighter than the other variants too. Royal Enfield offers this variant in two colours: Factory Black and Factory Silver.
Metro
Price: Rs 1,63,900
Metro is the mid-spec variant of the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. It features a tuck-and-roll style seat, split aluminium grab rails, LED taillight, alloy wheels with tubeless tyres and dual-channel ABS. This variant comes in three different colours: Dapper White, Dapper Ash and Dapper Grey.
Metro Rebel
Price: Rs 1,68,900
The top-of-the-line Metro Rebel variant is essentially the same as the Metro variant. So, you get all the goodies from the Metro variant with dual-tone paint jobs: Rebel Blue, Rebel Red and Rebel Black.
The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is the lightest and the most accessible bike from the bikemaker, making it less intimidating for many people. And with these prices, it is also quite easy on your wallet too.
