BMW G 310 RR To Get Adjustable Suspension As Standard

Pre-bookings for the supersport have commenced

BMW Motorrad has been regularly teasing the arrival of the G 310 RR, and today, the Bavarian brand has dropped a bombshell, one that is directly aimed at Austria. The supersport will come with fully-adjustable suspension as standard, something that KTM has failed to do so with the 2022 iterations of the RC 390 and 390 Adventure. And we think it will undercut the RC 390’s asking price, which is a shame cause the new RC is an incredible machine.

The inclusion of the adjustable suspension hasn’t been said explicitly. However, in the teaser images shared by BMW, the fork tops have adjustable knobs, similar to that of the TVS Apache RR 310 BTO. Even the clip-ons are the same ones from the RR 310 BTO’s Race kit. Sadly, the pegs remain like the stock RR 310.

BMW has compromised slightly with the tyres. The Germans are sticking with the Pilot Sports, the same ones as the G 310 R and the old RR 310. Wish they too looked at the Road 5s like the current-gen RR 310.

Pre-booking interest for the G 310 RR has commenced at BMW Motorrad dealerships and on a dedicated website for the bike. BMW is also working on some attractive finance schemes for the G 310 RR.
