I am looking for a bike which has very good stability and comfort for around 150km journey. My budget is 1.70L. Which one could be better Yamaha FZ 25, RE Classic 350 and Pulsar 220 F ABS.

Go for FZ25 without any hesitation if you aren't a highway rider... This bike is best for city rides and it's best mileage provider(40kmpl).
