Q. Which bike is best NS200 or FZ 250?
  • FZ 25 is better in terms of refinement and also safety as it offers dual channel ABS whereas the NS is single channel. But In terms of raw performance NS 200 is better and also has low maintainence. We should also keep in mind the engine displacement for both bikes is different. The FZ has better fuel efficiency but topspeed figures are lower than the ns as on the paper. If you are looking for a better ride quality and can put a little more money you can go for the FZ25 or you can choose NS200 which is also a very good bike with liquid cooling and can go long distances without heating complaints.
  • Fz25 is a soft motorcycle built to be driven slow and smooth and hence even though it has more displacement it has less power and better fuel economy while ns200 is designed and engineered for performance and it has those ktm vibes going with low milage and high performance also fz25 is more comfortable and easy to drive in traffic as ns tends to heat a bit
  • Fz 250 is more comfortable with good amount of low end torque and mid too but ns200 is has mid and top end post plus it's liquid cool with 3 spark plugs

  • No coolant or engine oil leakage issues for me after cloking 15000km

Good bike in terms of performance(in terms of 200 segments) and mileage(if you drive like a human for first couple of months). To keep the bike in good condition you need to maintain it and drive it like a cool minded guy or girl, keeping all that in mind then bike will allow you keep riding it like a hooligan. The sound is awesome at high revs.Breaks are smooth not so sharp, so super beginner friendly.Styles and looks always 5 star.Get a crash guard and a break guard it surely have a plus point.

Ns200 bs6 is the most powerfull bike i have ever ridden in this sagement. It's fi engine claims a great ammount of punch in low end. Also it's 24.5 bhp helps to hit almost 145+kms in top end.The suspensions are slightly in stiffer side but there is no compromise with riding comfort in this bike. It's seating posture helps you to roll 2 to 3 hours nonstop.Ns200 is also a good coice for long ride.Specially for hill ride.

This bike is a value for money. I have completed 3 trips with my fz25 (Spiti, Bhutan , Sikim Gurdongmar lake) also use it for daily commute (approx 80 km a day) abd I had never faced any problem with my bike. Handling is excellent, mileage is superb (42kmpl) low on maintenance. On the lower side headlights dull in pitch dark. Headlamp should be more powerful,

Has a very good torque. In city it's very nimble and for weekend getaways it is good as well. To use in ghat sections its very involving to ride. Softer front suspension and brakes could have been little better. But in the latest ABS version brakes are better.
