How long? Not for more than a couple of hours at a stretch. It isn't made for that purpose. But good for 1-2 hours at a stretch. I ride almost 70-76 km everyday passing through ...read more

It is great for long ride but not for a high stretch ride of 100+ kilometers in single stretch. You may feel the difference

It is very good in driving

It is very good in driving but you don't drive more than 30 km because back pain starts.Good mileage if you drive less than 50km per hour.
