    How long? Not for more than a couple of hours at a stretch. It isn't made for that purpose. But good for 1-2 hours at a stretch. I ride almost 70-76 km everyday passing through busy city streets and the expressway. At the most, I have ridden it for 2 hours at a stretch. I didn't try my luck after that. Didn't want an aching back.

    It is great for long ride but not for a high stretch ride of 100+ kilometers in single stretch. You may feel the difference
