Q. Can anyone facing overheat issues near exhaust/bend pipe in Classic 350 BS6 because my bike bend pipe melts and colour changed - Bullet 350?

Haven't faced this problem on my Bullet. But if you have hanged a plastic bag, it is sure to melt on silencer and damage the bike.

Get your Bullet checked from Royal Enfield service centre, I think the firing order of your bike is not perfect.
