Q. I am posted in Jharkhad and want to purchase a car in Jharkhand, if i got transferred to Bihar then do I need to re register my car in Bihar RTO?

No, you don't need to change the registration number of your vehicle while moving to another state. Moreover, you may contact the RTO.
