Q. Bluetooth connected with car but unable to play songs through mobile. Any solution to this - S-Cross?

I had same problem in ciaz and i got a solution to it. All realme, oppo and 1+ phones have same issue. Steps:1. Turn on bluetooth, interest, location in phone2. Connect you phone via cable and connect to android auto3. Click on settings in infotainment system4. Change the option from 'android auto' to 'mirror link'5. Now disconnect the cable6. Click on media in infotainment system7. Click on bluetooth and gets connected for music

Rather than clicking on bluetooth icon in infotainment before playing music. First connect bluetooth for calls, then play song in mobile, later just click on music bluetooth icon in infotainment. It works.

In my Iphone I had the same issue for a long time and nothing seemed to fix it. Then i came across a setting in the phone and it fixed the issue immediately. On iphone, Go to Settings--> General -->Car Play--> Turn on Bluetooth. This resolved the issue and now the music is playing through the car audio system. Note: I am using Apple IOS 17.5.1

You can show this in Service centre. I hope this is not a serious issue. Bluetooth works very well in this car. So please check it up in service centre i wish they fix your issue.

Not working in mine. Not getting those settings at all.

Is it after market model or company one, If company fitted then you can get it serviced at your nexa service

It may not work while you are driving please stop the car and then try..
