Here Are All The Details Of The New Yezdi Adventure In Pics

The iconic Yezdi brand is back in India with three interesting new bikes, with the new Yezdi Adventure headlining the lineup. And here, we’re taking a closer look at the bike.

The overall demeanour of the Yezdi Adventure is quite similar to its arch-rival, the Royal Enfield Himalayan.  

Right from the round headlight and tall visor to the 19/17-inch spoke wheels and tall stance, there is certainly a little Himalayan inspiration going on.  

But this is where the similarities end. You see, the Yezdi Adventure is more modern in its ways, evident from its feature list comprising all-LED illumination, a full digital LCD instrument cluster with Bluetooth, and USB ports (type-A and type-C), all complemented by a modern engine. 

Not to forget, the Yezdi Adventure’s LCD has a unique tilt function, which is meant to increase readability during stand-up riding. 

Lasering in on the engine, the Yezdi Adventure employs a re-tuned version of the Jawa Perak’s 334cc, single-cylinder motor putting out 30.2PS and 29.9Nm. The motor comes mated to a six-speed gearbox equipped with a slip-and-assist clutch. 

Next, underpinnings. A conventional telescopic fork with 200mm of travel and a linked monoshock with 180mm travel does duty on the Yezdi Adventure. 

Additionally, you get a 320mm front and 240mm rear disc for braking. Oh, and switchable dual-channel ABS (with three modes) comes standard too. 

The Yezdi Adventure tips the scale at 188kg which, coupled to its 815mm seat height, should make it easy to live with. 

For the cherry on the top, all this can be availed for just Rs 2,09,900 (ex-showroom Delhi). At this price, the Yezdi Adventure undercuts the Himalayan by nearly Rs 5,000, giving it an all-important upper hand.
