There’s no surprise that the diesel engine is the most efficient.
-
Despite sharing the same engine and gearbox (DCT), the Creta N Line sports a slightly lower fuel efficiency figure than the standard Creta’s 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and DCT combo.
-
The 6-speed manual with the turbo-petrol engine returns a claimed 18kmpl, which is just slightly lower than the 18.2kmpl figure of the 7-speed DCT (Creta N Line).
-
The 1.5-litre NA petrol engine is the least fuel efficient of the lot.
Do note that these are just claimed fuel efficiency figures, and that the real world figures will depend on one’s driving style. We will bring you those real-world efficiency figures as soon as we put the cars to test, so do keep an eye out for the same.
