Grand i10 Nios Key Highlights
Features: The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios offers an array of features, including cruise control, automatic headlamps, a USB Type-C socket, and footwell lighting. It also includes an 8-inch infotainment system, wireless phone charging, rear AC vents, and keyless entry. The updated safety package now includes six airbags as standard, along with ESC, hill-hold assist, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and automatic headlights.
Engine: A 1.2-litre petrol engine with an output of 83PS and 113.8Nm is the sole powertrain option available for now. It is geared using a five-speed manual transmission or a five-speed AMT. Rivals: Hyundai’s facelifted Grand i10 Nios fends off competition from the likes of the Maruti Swift, Tata Punch and Renault Triber.
Variants: The hatchback can be had in five variants; Era, Magna, Sportz Executive (new), Sportz, and Asta.
Pros and Cons of Grand i10 Nios
- Refreshed new looks, cruise control, auto headlamps, 6 airbags in top spec, practical, good city car
- No more 1

- Selecting the right car would depend on several factors such as your budget preference on the segment, features required, engine options, brand preference, etc. Maruti S-Presso offers spacious interiors and an easy-to-drive nature and would be a good option if you are looking for a car with a slick-shifting gearbox and tractable BS6-compliant engine. On the other hand, Hyundai cars are packed with features to the brim; and as per the Nios’ competition and price range, it’s well equipped. The pre-facelift’s highlighted features included a smooth-operating eight-inch touchscreen system, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a wireless charger, automatic AC, and rear AC vents. New additions like automatic headlamps, cruise control, a tweaked instrument cluster, a USB Type-C fast charger, and blue footwell ambient lighting add to the convenience and make it better to be seated in. It has been three years since Hyundai launched the Grand i10 Nios, and this facelift came just in time. It’s still known for its stylish look, premium cabin, refined and smooth engine, and good drive quality. Follow the link and select your city accordingly for dealership details.

- Both cars are great in their own forte. The new Maruti Suzuki K10 really impresses but there are some shortfalls as well. The engine gets vocal at higher revs, there are absolutely no storage spaces for rear-seat passengers and there are some key convenience features missing too. Apart from this, the Alto K10 is hard to fault. It is likable inside out, the engine is powerful with excellent drivability, it has more than space for four people, the ride quality is comfortable and it is extremely easy to drive. The new Alto K10 not feels like a proper upgrade over the 800 but also shines overall as a great product.
