Excellent for long distance touring
Value packed Benelli TRK 502 sounds great specially at higher speed. It has a great road presence due to its high weight. This bike is excellent for long distance touring and price is also attractive of this Benelli bike. It is a big bike and gives great features but the performance is not up to mark. It gives long distance comfort and the overall riding of this bike is good. The motor feels refined and feels stable and feels solid. It is the most impressive look bike but there is a limited service reach.

Minor changes like the extra padding on the seat, the adjustable handlebar and the revised grips do make a difference in...read more terms of overall rideability. The cushioning on the seat is spot on which means you can spend extended amounts of time travelling without a sore back. At 800mm, it's quite accessible for shorter riders too. What is a bit odd is the slim midsection which doesn’t allow you to grip or control the bike using your legs while going off-road. This basically forces you to use your entire body weight and to counter the weight of the bike while relying on arms to steer which gets quite exhausting after a period of time. I even struggled to get used to the mid-set footpeg position. It just didn’t feel natural for my 5’ 10” frame. I probably would have found it more comfortable if they were mildly rear-set. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. The only electronic aid on the bike is dual-channel ABS. The Benelli TRK 502 rides on 17-inch wheels wrapped in 120/70-section front and 160/60-section rear tyres. Braking is handled by a dual 320mm disc and a single 260mm disc setup. Suspension duties on the TRK 502 ADV are handled by USD forks and a mono-shock with rebound and preload adjustability, with the multi-disc wet clutch but misses out on slipper clutch and quick shifter.
