Mercedes-Benz GLS

The 2024 GLS facelift comes equipped with features such as 12.3-inch touchscreen MBUX infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, connected car technology, a panoramic sunroof, a 13-speaker Burmester 3D surround sound system, MBUX entertainment screens for middle-row passengers, ambient lighting, Mercedes' AIRMATIC air suspension, power-adjustable seats, 5-zone climate control, and wireless phone charging. On the safety front, it gets 9 airbags, ABS with EBD, front and rear parking sensors, electronic stability control, a 360-degree camera, and ADAS features such as active brake assist, lane keep assist and blind spot assist.

It is offered with two engine options: a 367 PS/750 Nm 3-litre diesel engine and a 381 PS/500 Nm 3-litre petrol engine. Both the engine options are paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and feature an all-wheel drive system. It measures 5207 mm in length, 2157 mm in width, 1823 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 3135 mm.

It rivals the likes of the BMW X7 and is a larger 7-seater alternative to the Audi Q8 and Range Rover Sport.

The GLS is offered in two broad variants, the 450d 4MATIC and the 450 4MATIC (petrol).
