After years of spy shots, Royal Enfield has finally put our minds at ease by teasing the Super Meteor 650 cruiser. It will be unveiled at the EICMA 2022 taking place in Italy on November 8 and is expected to launch in India at the Rider Mania 2022 between 18-20 November.

The teaser showcases the rear of the Super Meteor 650 in a dark grey shade, complementing the bold look of the bike. Thanks to the spy shots, we already know most of the things that the cruiser gets. However, the teaser has confirmed a wide and curved rear fender, circular-shaped LED taillight, dual shock absorber, a split seat setup and a semi-digital console borrowed from the Royal Enfield Meteor 350, along with the Tripper Navigation pod.

It will be the third bike based on Enfield’s 650cc platform and is likely to produce the same power and torque figures via its 648cc, air/oil-cooled, parallel-twin heart. For a more detailed analysis of the bike, you can head here.

Expect Royal Enfield to price the Super Meteor 650 around Rs 3.35 lakh (ex-showroom), more expensive than its siblings – the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 – due to the premium hardware on offer. Once launched, it will rival the Kawasaki Vulcan S.
