Q. Is it possible to change both wheels of Classic Bullet 350 because I have heard that the swing arm also needs to be changed and not sure about it. Is it done in service centers or by customization specialists? If someone has done it before, what was the cost?

Yes you can upgrade for alloy wheels. Just rims alone should be changed if you not up-sizing the tyre.
