For the second time in 2022, Mahindra has increased the asking price of its popular off-roader, the Thar. Prices have been increased by up to Rs 51,000 depending on the variant you pick. The off-roader now retails between Rs 13.53 lakh and Rs 16.03 lakh, and continues to be offered in two trims: AX (O) and LX.

The Thar continues to offer buyers the choice of a 150PS 2-litre turbo-petrol and 130PS 2.2-litre diesel engines, paired with either a 6-speed manual or optional 6-speed torque converter automatic. Four-wheel drive with a low range gearbox is standard with both engine options.
