Usually every 5,500 - 7,500 KM depending up on your usage. If you favor front braking more, and if you brake aggressively then it may wear off faster. Mine wears off roughly ...read more

Its only depend upon you use the bike, not miles. You can look up the brake pads and you'll see how thick/thin they are. So, you can decide to change or not.
