a ride that is premium

My friend gifted this bike to his father, The Apache RTR 160 4V is a good choice for riders looking for a stylish and powerful 160cc motorcycle with impressive fuel efficiency . The Apache turns heads with its sporty design and sharp LED headlight. The 160cc engine making it the most powerful in its class. It gives good pickup and a comfortable ride at city speeds (around 90 kmph). The engine can feel strained at higher speeds (over 115 kmph). Just be aware of build quality and service costs, Overall it is good vehicle.

Riding the TVS Apache RTR

4.2

Riding the tvs apache rtr 160 4v is super fun! it's easy to handle and feels comfortable with its upright seating. However, Some riders might find the seat a bit hard, And the suspension can feel stiff on rough roads.Best this of this bike is great for performance lovers. It looks cool and rides smoothly. Also sounds sporty.Sometimes, The chain gets loose on the apache, Which can be annoying. And this happens after every 1000-1200 kms. This bike gives mileage of around 50 kmpl if you ride it at an avg.Speed of 60 kmph. The pickup is awesome, And the bike feels strong and sturdy. Some riders might feel slight vibrations at higher speeds, But it's not a big deal.It comes with cool features like two trip meters, A top speed recorder, And an odometer.Plus there are indicators for rpm, Service reminders and low batter. It shows time also on the display. For after sale service - personally, I don't prefer using service centers for tvs bikes. They're not very responsive and often don't have materials available on time. Also, Their charges are a bit high.

I Have bought the Vehicle

4.6

I have bought the vehicle (special edition-matte black) in the last week of november 2021, And i commute around 80kms a day for the for the whole second year. Here are the detailed observations on riding for around 30k kms over a period of 18months.1.The average mileage is around 42kms in city conditions with medium of high traffic whereas it stretches up to and above 50kmpl on zero to less traffic roads.2.Initial pickup of vehicle is too good when compared with other peers and it hasn't reduced until now because of periodic servicing and proper maintenance.3.Ride comfort is good with good back suspension and can easily go on long rides without severe back pains when compared to other vehicles however front fork suspension is a bit hard get adjusted.4.Brake systems are not the best available but manageable with single channel abs.Anyway, Dual channel abs is still awaited.5.Instrument cluster is neither overloaded with information nor with less data. All the information which is needed is right there and bluetooth connectivity lacks a navigation system, And we get caller id in the instrument cluster.6.Tvs connectivity app is good and provides ride details but the app lacks mileage details and range which should be calculated manually.Overall pros and conspros- the best beast in the segment with decent to very good mileage and an exhaust sound that gives you thrill and the best part of the vehicle is that you feel in full control even in very high speeds which is a bit scarce in the segment.Cons-braking system is not as good as expected as it makes you doubt its efficiency when you want to push the vehicle to its maximum potential.Maintenace is a bit on higher side as a general service labour charges are higher than engine oil cost.(amc subscription is advised)ps: i have a very bad experience with a service center where my parts (new and very good in condition) are replaced with other worn out or damaged parts, Upon confrontation with the service center they have blatantly denied on my face to show cctv of particular date.

The bike is very good in

4.6

22000 km ownership review. This is the most powerful bike i have ever ridden in this segment. The pickup and top end performance are best in class. The gear shifts was also very refined and smooth. But gear shifts are too notchy and no click sound or feel are in there. The engine refinement is also excellent in this segment. The build quality was also very good in this motor cycle. No color fades or rattling noises are seen in 22k km experience.Breaking was very powerful. But there are only front abs option are available.Which was not working very good.Abs was only *ok*.But there are many features i missed in this segment when i bought.Like side stand cutoff sensor which was very useful. The bike mileage was also very good in city or highway. My bike average mileage is 47 km at present also.Even i am using mild rough ride and speed up to 90 kmph. And when i ride very harshly and in its top end like.120 - 130 in highway. Then my bike gives me 39 - 40kmph.That was good. The bike was very good in approx.Everything but after sales service is very bad. They have to improve there after sales services.

Good in pickup, englne is

Good in pickup, Englne is also doing great and mileage is giving 40 average.Initially i have faced engine heat issue but it has reduced after 2 3 services.Only the issue is i am using dual disc brake version the rear disc brake performance is poor in my opinion.
