MG Motor India has just launched a dual-tone option for the Hector, dubbed the Dual Delight. Placed as part of the top-spec Sharp trim, the dual-tone variants will carry a premium of Rs 20,000 over the monotone variants. Here’s a look at the pricelist:
Variants |
Monotone Price (ex-showroom) |
Dual Tone Price (ex-showroom) |
Hybrid Sharp MT |
Rs 16.64 lakh |
Rs 16.84 lakh |
Sharp Petrol AT |
Rs 17.56 lakh |
Rs 17.76 lakh |
Sharp Diesel MT |
Rs 17.89 lakh |
Rs 18.09 lakh |
The dual-tone Hector variants will miss out on the petrol MT powertrain just like the monotone variants of the top-spec Sharp trim. Dual-tone options consist of Candy White/Starry Black and Glaze Red/Starry Black. The black finish extends all the way to the ORVMs.
Since it is based on the Sharp trim, it will retain the same powertrains as the monotone Sharp variants. You can learn more about the Hector's powertrain and feature list in our detailed first drive review.
Late to the dual-tone party, the Hector rivals the Kia Seltos, Tata Harrier and Hyundai Creta in offering dual-tone variants.
