Hector Plus Key Highlights

Features: The MG Hector Plus gets a 14-inch portrait-style infotainment screen, automatic indicators, improved connected car technology, infotainment controlled sunroof (control the percentage of opening), and voice controlled ambient lighting (multiple colours). The list also includes a panoramic sunroof, powered tailgate, ventilated front seats, wireless phone charging and heated outer rear-view mirrors. Safety features include up to six airbags, ABS with EBD, parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, Level-2 ADAS technology and electronic stability control.

Engine: The MG Hector Plus gets two engine options: 143PS/250Nm 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and 170PS/350Nm 2-litre diesel engine. A six-speed manual gearbox comes standard, while an optional CVT transmission is offered with the turbo-petrol unit. The Indonesian markets also get a strong-hybrid powertrain comprising a 123PS/168Nm 2-litre petrol paired to an electric motor producing 174PS and 320Nm. The Hector Plus is 4699mm long, 1835mm wide,1760mm tall and has a 2750mm wheelbase.

Rivals: The facelifted Hector Plus rivals the Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Harrier / Safari and Mahindra XUV700.

Variants: The MG Hector Plus can be had in 6 broad variants: Style, Shine, Smart, Smart Pro, Sharp Pro, and Savvy Pro. The MG Hector gets seven shade options: Dune Brown, Havana Grey, Candy White, Aurora Silver, White and Black (dual-tone), Glaze Red, and Starry Black.

Low mileage but great performance

MG hector plus is a spacious SUV with premium interior and exterior looks. This car has a stylish bold design with nice build quality. It has a 1956 cc engine which is powerful enough and it gives decent mileage of 13-15 kmpl. I liked the comfort of both rear and back seats. The high ground clearance and high quality suspension makes the ride more smooth.

better rides with best choice

My first car was the MG Hector Plus, and it was great. Space and comfort make this SUV ideal for my commute and family excursions. The spacious interior has plenty of baggage and passenger room. The strong engine makes the automobile smooth on all routes. This size automobile has good fuel economy. I appreciate the Hector Plus's huge touchscreen and voice commands. Driving the MG Hector Plus has been fun, and I'm happy with my pick.
