The Bounce Infinity will likely be priced competitively at Rs 75,000
[UPDATE: The Bounce Infinity E1 scooter has been launched in India at Rs 45,099 onwards. For more details about the pricing, specifications, availability and other details, read our launch story]
Bengaluru-based scooter rental startup Bounce will launch its first e-scooter, Bounce Infinity, on December 2. The company will commence sales on the same day for a booking amount of Rs 499, and deliveries will begin next year.
The unique proposition of the Bounce Infinity will be its battery options. You can purchase the e-scooter without the battery and use the battery as a service. So, you can ride to your nearest battery-swapping station, exchange your battery pack, and pay for the swap. This purchase model will reduce the price of the e-scooter considerably.

That said, you can also buy the Bounce Infinity with the battery pack. Though the specifics aren't out yet, the e-scooter will feature a removable lithium-ion battery. We spotted the Bounce Infinity in production-ready guise, and it seems to pack features, including an LCD console, LED illumination, and even disc brakes at both ends.
Bounce has a vast network in Bengaluru and Vijayawada and is expected to utilise it for the battery swapping stations. The e-scooter will be sold online and through the company's 200 dealers, eventually expanding its footprint to cities like Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad.
