AWD fuel consumption is more than fwd, but traction will be good in awd , if travel a lot especially in hills area you can go for awd, or else fwd is good to go

First of all MT is fun to drive. Secondly W11(0) has an All Wheel Drive system. So you can go for the W11(0) MT variant.
