An interesting bit about the EV6 is its ability to power up certain appliances if there is a power outage. Plus, this being based on the Hyundai Group’s E-GMP dedicated EV platform means the EV6 is a much more spacious and practical vehicle than a similarly sized EV based on an ICE platform. Since the Kia EV6 will be imported into India, and is expected to command a sticker price of Rs 65 lakh to Rs 70 lakh (ex-showroom). At these prices, its closest rival will be the Volvo XC40 Recharge and the upcoming Hyundai iONIQ 5.
