Two New Bikes Coming From Keeway Tomorrow!

The teasers hint at a streetfighter and a supersport

2 New Keeway Bikes Teased

Keeway India is all set to launch two bikes tomorrow, teasing the models on its social media handles. While the first teaser clearly showed a naked streetfighter, the second teaser is that of a faired sportbike.

The short teaser shows that the upcoming supersport gets twin LED headlights flanked by LED DRLs, integrated into its front fairing. In typical sportbike fashion, it seems to have clip-on handlebars and the mirrors are positioned just above the headlight. While there’s not a lot to see, what stands out is the fact that this bike looks quite similar to the CFMoto 300SR. So we believe that Keeway will rebadge and sell this bike in India. The Philippines-spec 300SR is powered by a 292cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that makes 29PS and 25.3Nm.

Both the upcoming bikes, hence, will probably be powered by the same 292cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine and share componentry under the skin as well. The naked could be priced at about Rs 3.50 lakh and will rival the likes of the Honda CB300R, KTM 250 Duke and the BMW G 310 R. The supersport, on the other hand, will go up against the KTM RC 390, TVS Apache RR 310 and the Kawasaki Ninja 300 and could be priced around the Rs 3.8 lakh mark (all prices ex-showroom).
