Iconic bike
"The Yamaha RX100 was a legendary Indian bike known for its power, simple handling, and iconic two-stroke engine sound. The RX100 was a very lightweight bike, weighing around 105 kg. It came in various colors throughout its production run. The RX100 had a simple yet sporty design with a round headlight, sculpted fuel tank, and sleek bodywork . The Yamaha RX100 was a fantastic motorcycle for its time, offering a thrilling ride, lightweight handling, and easy maintenance. Keep in mind the potential challenges of finding service and spare parts for a discontinued model."

Yamaha RX 100_old style with new technology
I have owned my Yamaha RX 100 for over a year now and it has been quite the trip down memory lane. The bike's 98cc, 2 stroke engine really packs a punch, specially considering its lightweight frame. This iconic motorcycle revs up to about 7000 RPM and offers a surprisingly smooth ride, perfect for city commuting and occasional short escapes on the countryside roads. However, as thrilling as it is, the RX 100 does have its drawbacks primarily its age. Finding spare parts can be a hassle and the lack of modern features like disk brakes or an electric start, definitely makes it feel dated.
