Keeway Sixties 300i Gets A Smashing New Gulf Livery In China

The Keeway Sixties 300i has always been an attractive and classy-looking scooter. The new Gulf livery it now gets in China takes its aesthetic appeal to a new level.
The Sixties 300i is reminiscent of the upcoming Peugeot Django 125, with its swanky retro styling and all-LED lighting. The boxy headlight design, grill-like element on the apron, and an analogue instrument cluster with a digital inset scream retro. The split-seat setup, orange pin striping and Gulf Oil badging evoke a nostalgic sensation. Orange finishing on the headlight, front grill and the floorboard should give the scooter a strong road presence as well.
At the heart of the scooter is a 278.2cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. While the displacement is similar, the India-spec Sixties 300i features a liquid-cooled engine. That said, it produces 21.75PS and 23.5Nm; a colossal 2.79PS and 1.5Nm more than the India-spec Sixties 300i.
The scooter comes with 120-section, 12-inch tyres on both ends, similar to the India-spec Sixties 300i. While nothing has been specified about the brakes, we suspect it too, gets a disc brake on both ends along with ABS.
This colour scheme could be a hoot to have in India and the bright orange colour would definitely grab a lot of eyeballs.
