Honda WR V is offered with a 1.5-litre diesel engine that puts out 100PS of power and 200Nm of peak torque, whereas 1.5-litre TDCi diesel engine makes 100PS and 215Nm. While the EcoSport gets a 5-speed manual transmission, the WR V comes with a 6-speed manual gearbox. In terms of fuel efficiency, the EcoSport diesel delivers a claimed mileage of 21.7kmpl while the WR V diesel model has a claimed fuel efficiency of 23.7kmpl. WR-V has the ingredients to make it the best crossover hatchback in the segment but falls short because of a soft suspension and poorly designed rear seats. On the other hand, the EcoSport offers a great engine, good interiors with an appealing design and that very likeable SUVish stance.
